We’re back at the house cleaning up all of the fun we had on our annual summertime houseboat vacation to Bullard’s Bar Reservoir. It always seems like I’m more tired after the trip than I thought I would be after all of the fun in the sun.
By the time you’re done with fishing and boating and tubing and swimming and barbequing, you’ve been on the go for a week straight. It’s a lot of fun, especially that I get to spend a week with my family and we have friends up for the day, so it’s always a good time.
ICAST is over and I’m back home with Kim and the Girls. It was a great week with lots of media to work with and a good chance to show off all of the new stuff my sponsors came out with.
I spent most of my time on Wednesday in the Pure Fishing and Wright & McGill Co. / TroKar booths talking about my new signature products.
I showed off my new Berkley Havoc Sick Fish and Pit Trailer for jigs. Everybody that saw the Sick Fish was asking when they’d be able to get their hands on them and the Pit Trailer is one of the best overall jig trailers I’ve ever used.
